Fitness Class Schedule


Community support is so important! We offer a variety of fitness classes to keep you excited, get the support you need, sweat those calories away, and get results too! Our most popular daily circuit training classes are designed to give you a total body workout each week, including cardio. Not to mention the fun we have! We also offer morning spin classes and evening yoga classes. Please call to schedule your FREE trial class. You will love it!

Daily Circuit Workout

A complete workout with heart pumping music led by a personal trainer to get you results! Daily 9am classes that utilize high intensity interval training (HIIT) to burn major calories and build muscle and strength. This class is great for all fitness levels as exercises can be modified to fit your personal skill and comfort. 

Spin

Spinning is a high energy indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor with a fun playlist of energizing music. The class is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning tons of calories. Spinning is low impact making it suitable for most people, and our classes can accommodate all ability levels.

Yoga/Stretch

Our yoga class is designed to improve the physical and mental health and performance of our members. This class is a great stretch and recovery class designed to end the week of circuit training and restore flexibility and range of motion.
