Valley Center Fitness is a family owned and operated full service gym located in Valley Center, CA, established in 2013. We offer a full free weight room, a total body circuit of equipment, various cardiovascular exercise options, personal training, and fitness classes.

Mon-Fri 5 am to Noon, 4 pm to 9 pm
Saturday 7 am to Noon
