The new year marks a great opportunity to establish new habits and create new goals for a better you! We're offering an entirely FREE Weight Loss Program to help keep you motivated, hold you accountable, but most importantly, to give you the tools you need for a successful lifestyle change that will leave you with lasting results. This is not a fad, crash diet program but rather a program to guide you smoothly through the process of making better choices and establishing better habits to get you feeling and looking your best. This program is for EVERYONE, regardless of age, experience, or goals.

How it works:

- Fill out the form here to register.

- You will receive a confirmation email with details.

- You will be required to attend a once-weekly meeting, in person, at the gym on SATURDAYS AT 8AM. If you work or have a direct conflict with a meeting, please contact us BEFORE the meeting to make other arrangements as this is a must to participate in the program.

- You do not need to be a gym member, nor are you required to purchase one. FREE means FREE to us.

- You are not required to share anything on social media, this journey is a private one and we're here to help you.

- We will take all measurements and weight before we begin, and all information will be securely stored in our personal training app where you where create a login and password to access your information. Workouts will be sent to you via the app for you to follow. You can workout anywhere, anytime.

- We will provide you with specific meal plans designed to fit your current body type and goals.

- There are various options we will provide to you for your workouts and meals; you can choose what fits your lifestyle and budget best, but there are no required purchases of any kinds during this program, unless you choose to enhance your services.
