Fresh Meal Prep Service

Nutrition made easy! We've partnered up with a professional chef and created healthy meals to provide you with a healthy, balanced, and tasty option to keep you on track with your fitness and health goals. Our meals are prepared twice weekly to guarantee freshness for you to pick up at Valley Center Fitness. We have a 5 meal minimum per order, and you build your own meals from the options on the order form. The standard meal includes 4oz of protein, 1/2 cup of carbs, and 1 cup of vegetables. We use all fresh ingredients, no canned goods, and our spices and sauces are made to have minimal sugars but maximum taste!
